BCI REAL ESTATE PHOTO

lets face it. nothing beats a great twilight shot

genuine twilights are by far the best, but often even a virtual twilight real estate photo garners more attention that a normal daytime shot of the same scene. And attention is what we're all after right? especially when buyers are viewing thru thumbnail galleries of hundreds of homes....why not make your listing stand out?

Of course you dont want a virtual twilight to scream "its a fake!!" So some thought needs to be given to when to utilize virtual twilights. bright sunny days which are prime shooting opportunities for traditional real estate photography here on the treasure coast and the palm beaches. However, the brighter the sun, the darker the shadows that are created. Also the brighter day overall, the less genuine the appearance of interior lighting becomes as well as any outdoor lighting the house would normally present if the twilight shot was genuine. There are really 2 phases of any virtual twilight. 1st is a basic sky swap. Now this step is the quickest way to make a statement in and of itself. The pretty sky immediately makes the image jump, and even more so if it was a flat or uninteresting sky or even a rainy day to begin with. We can do sky swaps for you without charging you a big virtual twilight editing fee. And here's why. The second part of creating a good virtual twilight real estate image is to now make it appear as thought interior lights were all on and visible through the windows, any exterior lights were on of course, and not only on, but realistically displayed including their light fall off onto the ground and surroundings like landscaping and such. Making those edits match up with the sky you already replaced is where the image can look amazingly real, or horribly fake. So you can make this a lot easier simply by choosing the right house, the right time of day, and having realistic expectations.

better yet....let us do it the good ole fashioned away and let us have the opportunity to come do it right. only then do the interior lights actually look real. because they are! only then can you get that magic glow of the landscape lights or the cool colors of that beautiful swimming pool that create that magic ambiance of the property. this....is where having genuine twilight real esatate shots really pays off. For this reason alone, you should be doing this on all your nicer homes especially when those homes have a pool, dock or other features that light up the night
