One key way we help you, the agent, is to be super flexible on photo day. If it looks like rain, usually that is not gonna be a rain out for the whole day. So we are more than willing to accommodate ever changing scheduling whenever possible, and it's also helpful when you are as well. This is a good time to have the seller not be present. They are not necessary whatsoever, and are often in fact become a distraction as we frequently need to be in any given room multiple times as we capture floor plans, 360 panorama images, still photo images and or video production, which all take a separate trip into that same room. Best if the sellers are out to lunch. Same with their pets, and Same with their clutter. Please avoid sending us to shoot a home thats not ready and the seller plans on playing shuffle the clutter. That just doesnt work.
