Real twilight real estate photograph taken in Palm Bch

Well, this is a great example of a genuine real estate twilight shot. What i Mean by that is, this photo was actually taken around sunset time and is not just a daytime shot that's had the sky swapped out to make it look like sunset. We shot this particular image around the sunset hour in the acreage area of west palm beach and palm beach gardens.

Real twilight images for real estate are very much worth the investment in your sellers property marketing strategy. There are plenty of "tells" when a viewer looks at a faked, or virtual sunset photograph. First off theres usually shadows readily visible which give the virtual twilight photo away as not being shot at dusk. Often those shadows also are in the wrong direction given the main lighting direction going on in the photo. The indoor part of the lighting going on in the shot is another way to tell a real from a fake. In a genuine photo taken near dusk, you can actually see the individual light fixtures as they produce the lighting on the inside of the house. Virtual shots can not match that. Sure the windows can be brightened in post, but quite often its simply the reflection of the outside thats now brighter as opposed to actually being able to see the indoor areas lit by indoor lighting. Big difference.

We at Bci Real Estate Photography, we offer you the option of both, genuine or virtual twilight images to help you sell your property listing. If you want us to do a virtual twilight shot, it's best to not do it when the sun is shining directly on the part of the home being photographed. You want to see the light fixtures are actually turned on. You want to lessen shadow appearance and direct sunlight should be minimized by choosing the time of day which corresponds to those conditions. Cool thing is, even just a sky swap commands more attention amidst the sea of thumbnail images your buyer is gonna have to sift thru as they search for that perfect home. but....adding real ones, makes the first impression an even greater "wow" than the fake option does. Especially as they look thru the image gallery presented to them, and it starts to sink in on a real gallery of twilight captured images how special and magical your listing actually is.
